Production Site
Opened in 2019, the Waluj plant stretches over an area of 22 acres having an annual production capacity of approx. 30,000 MT. As the Aurangabad plant, production is focused on cross-ply tires for material handling.
The Bhiwadi plant mainly produces cross-ply tires for agriculture and earthmoving, in addition to radial tires for agriculture.
The Chopanki production site specializes in the manufacturing of All Steel radial tires for the industrial and OTR sectors.
The Dombiwali production site, which has been operating since 2004, has production capacity of 300 molds a year after the modernization process that took place in 2012.
Opened in 2015, Bhuj is the company's production epicenter with a daily production capacity of 500 MT. It houses a dedicated test track area, a Carbon Black production plant, and a state-of-the-art R&D center.
