Production Site
The production of the Aurangabad plant focuses on cross-ply tyres for the industrial segments.
The Bhiwadi plant produces bias and radial tyres for agriculture.
The Chopanki factory specializes in manufacturing for the agricultural, off-road, karting and gardening segments.
The Dombiwali production site, which has been operating since 2004, has production capacity of 300 molds a year after the modernization process that took place in 2012.
Bhuj is the company’s production hub. It houses a dedicated test track area, a carbon black production plant, a state-of-the-art R&D centre and produces for a wide range of segments that BKT offers.

The ISO 9000 series standards were defined by the International Organization for Standardization to outline the requirements for quality management systems within companies.

Carbon Black is an additive primarily used for coloring and reinforcing rubber and plastic products. Its widespread use in industrial production is due to its ability to provide a deep and long-lasting black color.

BKT Carbon "3550, THE LAB" is a state-of-the-art research and development center for Carbon Black, located in Bhuj, India, outfitted with equipment.

The entire production is in compliance with the European Directive REACH.

It regulates the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). It requires companies to identify and manage the risks associated with the chemicals they manufacture and import into the EU.
